Teneros messaging continuity solutions end email downtime by ensuring that Microsoft® Exchange are always covered. With about 440,000 Exchange servers worldwide, the vertical markets are substantial from professional services to financial to healthcare and other mid-market organizations that rely on the continual availability of email and scheduling communications.  Teneros was a start-up company in need of demand generation and outreach programs that showed results and optimized a lean marketing team supporting a rapidly growing salesforce.

eTrigue worked with Teneros to develop a series of highly segmented and effective outbound campaigns utilizing 3marketeers premium content, such as webinars, newsletters and white papers, which was tailored to various vertical markets.  The moment prospects showed interest, real-time Lead Alerts were sent to the appropriate salesperson for follow-up. Because eTrigue is integrated with their CRM solution, Teneros was able to view an easy-to-read snapshot of the activity and effectiveness of each campaign at any moment. eTrigue’s AppExchange capability was a valued asset for communicating real-time data to the Teneros management team. 

eTrigue’s flexible scoring system, which Teneros was able to easily set with criteria that reflects their business interests, enabled them to know which prospects were most promising and ready to buy. The salesforce was sent real-time Lead Alerts about these hot leads, significantly increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the lean sales team.

eTrigue’s search capabilities not only enabled Teneros to send highly segmented messages to targeted audiences, but it segmented their Lead Alerts as well. So when Teneros wanted to send lead-alerts about specific prospects to its channel partners rather than to the sales force, eTrigue was able to keep track of which prospect lead-alerts needed to go where.

Teneros started with a list of under 15,000 prospects, and after two and a half years with eTrigue, that list has grown to over 300,000. Since 2003, Teneros Chief Marketing Officer Andrea Skov attributes a full 85% of Teneros’s sales as originating from eTrigue.
