Joseph Diodati

Joseph Diodati

Joe is currently on the Board of Directors at The Experts Bench and AMI Partners. As Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for AMI Partners, Joe was responsible for working with Clients in developing their GTM strategies and programs, assisting and providing counsel in their execution and metrics management. He was also responsible for developing new business opportunities. Previously he spent 12 years as Senior Director, World Wide Marketing for Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for marketing and sales expansion within the 130 country “Emerging Markets” theater.

Joe held executive management roles with 3Com, Digi International, and The Experts Bench. Diodati began his career as a test engineer involved with the construction of the U.S.S. Enterprise, the world’s first nuclear powered aircraft carrier. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from SUNY Maritime Academy.

Steven is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led successful businesses for over 25 years in Silicon Valley. Steven has extensive technical, marketing, sales and business management experience in enterprise and client software, distribution and the retail marketplace. He was an early pioneer in the creation of Electronic Commerce and has been a frequent industry speaker.

Steven was previously CIO at Heartland Payment Systems: (NYSE: HPY) , a Fortune 1000 company and the fifth largest payments processor in the United States as well as CEO and Co-Founder of ICVerify Inc., the developer of ICVerify software, the worldwide leader in PC Credit / Debit card, check authorization and payment processing software, He is currently a Limited Partner at several Venture Capital firms including Claremont Creek Ventures, US Venture Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Crosslink Ventures.

Dave Mahler

Dave Mahler

Dave spent 10 years as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Development and was 1 of 3 founders of Remedy Corporation. Remedy was later acquired by BMC software, and is today a leading provider of support platforms in use by over 7,000 companies worldwide. Remedy was named by Business Week as the “Number 1 Top Hot Growth Company in America”. In addition, Dave has held positions in Engineering and Marketing with HP, as a venture consultant with Accel Partners, and most recently as Founder and Executive Director of USA Together, a non-profit to help injured military service members during their recovery. Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Paul is Managing Director with Mezzanine Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm that provides innovative debt and equity solutions to high quality technology start-ups. As a venture investor since 1999, Paul has led funding for a wide range of mobile, software, and internet start-ups. A recovering engineer, Paul spent the first seven years of his career in technology development and process design.

With over fifteen years of successful leadership experience as Board Member, CEO, General Manager (P&L), and senior executive in the development and growth of high technology businesses, Sundi has delivered profitable business growth; completed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures; raised capital, dealt with activist investors, and participated on public and private Boards of organizations of up to 1500 people and revenues up to $1B. Most recently, Sundi was President, CEO and board member of Adaptec, a world-wide leader in RAID, SCSI and Networking products with sales in excess of $1B prior to a sale to PMC-Sierra. Previously he was executive Vice President of Product Development and Worldwide Marketing. Sundi holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT, and MBA from Wharton, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
